We are pleased to be able to offer golf events at the magnificent 5 Star Roda Golf & Beach Resort, near Mar Menor, in San Javier, Murcia, Spain. The golf is played on the excellent 18-hole, par 72 Roda golf course, exclusively designed by Dave Thomas, one of the most prestigious European golf designers.  Roda Golf & beach Resort has received recognition by the European PGA, not only for the magnificent course, but also for the superb facilities it provides.

Roda Golf Course is the new winter home for the European PGA Golf Academy and it is easy to see why.  Next to the Mediterranean Sea and only 1.5 Km from the unique natural setting of quiet, shallow waters that is The Mar Menor, Roda Golf & Beach Resort opens its doors in a region with more than 253 Km of Mediterranean beach, around 300 days of sunshine per year and an average annual temperature of 21 ºC.

The Accommodation

We recommend staying in one of the prestigious penthouse apartments on the much sought after 5 star resort of Roda Golf & Beach Resort. The apartment offers views over the golf course and the Mar Menor from the large roof top solarium and is located only a 2 minute drive to the fantastic clean beaches of the Mar Menor and the town of Los Alcazares. Walking to amenities from the resort will take 10 to 15 minutes.  In addition, all residents staying on this resort will have exclusive use of the beach club located on the La Manga strip.
